AISI 304 stainless steel gas hob. 15/10 pressed upper part without chimney opening,
designed to accommodate back-to-back alignment and water column
accessory. The device consists of 4 sealed burners with a maximum output power of 6 kW.
Safety cock with thermocouple for continuous output control from 1.6 to 6 kW. Mother
burner ignition via continuous, low-energy pilot burner (170 W). pilot burner
and the thermocouple is located under the main burner body and
accidental bumps and any spills. The stove has rounded corners for ease of cleaning
and pan supports in RAAF enameled cast iron (acid, alkali and flame resistant)
